In the past 25 years partners, shareholders and employees have carried the business from the early days at Danecon, TV Company and Vanilla to the Vincenti & Lampart of today. Along the way there were exciting moments and remarkable people to partner with. Vincenti & Lampart 's C.E.O Daniel Deubelbeiss has been leading the group and all its ventures since 1984. Today he works with a small, but highly experienced and effective team, that includes a CPA, an Investment Banker, a Media Lawyer and the former CFO of one of Germany's most successful media companies.

Peter Dowling represents Vincenti & Lampart in Europe and is also the Chairman of some of the companies in which interest is held.Tom Winckler and Florian Haffa are among the partners.  Florian Haffa led EMTV as CFO. EMTV was a major shareholder in the Formula 1 Racing business and at one point owned major media assets such as the Muppet Show. Reuben Zemel, Gavriel Moskowitz and Alon Shai are the current team of executive VP's.

Daniel Deubelbeiss is a successful brand strategist who has built, bought and sold countless brands and businesses. His experiences coupled with his exceptional talents as a media producer and intimate expert in the international media world gives him a unique position as a private equity player in the field of the publishing, media and beverage business. Over the term of his career he has worked with Fortune 500 companies, Fortune 500 entrepreneurs and A-list personalities from the sports and entertainment industry.
